I am deeply disappointed and saddened by the result I received using this service. The translated documents were riddled with errors and inaccuracies, which shows a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for the importance of accurate translation. Despite assurances of competence, the final result did not meet even basic quality standards. In addition, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, and I was left feeling like I was not heard and my wishes were ignored. This experience with BeTranslated has left me with a deep sense of dissatisfaction and regret that I ever used their services.

I needed an urgent translation of my documents to go abroad and thought this service would be a lifesaver. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the translator missed a few important details and didn't properly translate some of the legal terms. When I pointed this out, I had to wait an additional day to receive the corrected version. Secondly, the formatting of the document was completely off, making it difficult to read and comprehend. I had to spend additional time reformatting it myself.
