Plus, service at Alcon services wasn’t professional because there were lexical and grammar mistakes. While punctuation was mostly okay, there were serious grammar errors such as usage of wrong tenses and constructions. That text would not gain trust in native speakers, as it sounded rather bad. We weren’t satisfied with our result, counting that we paid for double proofreading.
