This company guarantees USCIS acceptance for their USCIS translation service related to immigration and naturalization. For several reasons, RushTranslate did not make our top 10 list. These are the result of customer reviews and feedback as well as our own experience with an ordered product.
Pricing
There is a single standard price for all translation documents and content, no matter what type - $24.95 per page. While this certainly simplifies things for everyone involved, we are surprised that there is no distinction between something as simple as a piece of website content and a highly technical document translation services within the medical profession. The price-per-page of Rush Translation services, however, brings it within the low average range, less than $0.12 per word.
Speed
There are options for urgent deadlines, and they come with an extra fee. However, Rush Translate reviews indicated that, even with the additional fee, some deadlines have not been met. This is certainly a matter for concern. We placed a two-day deadline on our document and received it a few hours after the deadline had passed. This does not bode well for a company that guarantees on-time delivery.
Accuracy
This is a critical area, where legal translations, such as court documents and contracts, are concerned. To assess this, we relied on every RushTranslate review we could find from customers who commented on the accurate translation they received. These reviews were mixed – some satisfied others not so much. The product we received did have errors as well – incorrect word usage and phrasing in some instances. Fortunately, it did not change the overall meaning of the content.

The company is very mindful of ensuring that all legal document translation services that require certification are accompanied by an official statement from the translator and the company stating that the translation is true and accurate. When notarization is required, that is always done, and customer feedback attests to this. As well, the company provides hard copies via air express, for an additional fee. As we looked at levels of certified translation services, Rush Translate was in our top five, holding position #5 on our long list.

There are some areas in which Rush Translate can improve, in order to attract and retain more customers – ensuring that delivery is always on time and working to improve accuracy. Rush Translate does not rate in our top 10 translation services, but we will review it again in a few years.

It's clear that this translation service relies heavily on machine translation, as evidenced by the numerous mistakes found in the simple web page translation I received.
